At AgroAadhar, we are committed to providing farmers with high-quality, authentic plant growth boosters and agricultural solutions.
1. General No Return & No Refund Policy Due to the sensitive nature of agricultural inputs, fertilizers, and liquid growth boosters, all sales are final. To ensure the purity, safety, and authenticity of our products for every farmer, we strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for “change of mind” or incorrectly ordered products.Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Your satisfaction and crop safety are our top priorities. The only exception to our No Return policy is if your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
In these rare cases, AgroAadhar will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement or a full refund.
3. How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Item To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or an incorrect shipment, you must follow these steps:
- Time Limit: You must contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
- Proof Required: You must provide clear photographs of the damaged shipping box, the leaking/damaged product, and the shipping label. (Note: An unboxing video is highly recommended and speeds up the resolution process).
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
4. The Resolution Process Once your photos/video are received and verified by our team:
- Replacement: We will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement of the exact same item at no additional shipping cost to you.
- Refunds: If the item is out of stock and a replacement cannot be sent, we will process a full refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit Card, NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable) If an approved refund has not arrived after 7 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
